WebCTel
sets sites on expansion.
WebCTel exercises its commitment to economic development on a daily basis. An outgrowth of that commitment is WebCTel's goal to establish offices in many of the urban areas across the United States. Working in cooperation with its Community Technology Center (CTC) partners, in 2002, WebCTel will open a second site in New York, NY. Over the next 8 - 10 months plans are underway to also open an office in Chicago as a part of the revitalization of the Bronzeville section of Chicago and the initiative to restore the Supreme Life Building. "We want people to be able to live, work and spend money in their neighborhoods and cities. Our urban economies are important to the overall economic viability of this entire nation. Access to training is one component, having businesses that are located in the neighborhood, that do business nationally and globally and that hire from the community, is the other major component toward achieving true economic viability in our urban communities. WebCTel is doing just that". (John Cator, President & CEO, WebCTel)
