Paul has also consulted with public sector, not-for-profit, and voluntary organizations. For the last 20 years, he has worked extensively with leaders and leadership teams in assessment, development and coaching, particularly at Gemini Consulting, having specialized in: helping top teams gain alignment around new visions, values and strategies; changing organizational approaches and structures; and effecting post-merger integration.
In the middle of his consulting career, he was a tenured Associate Professor at Northeastern University's College of Business Administration and at U. Mass-Boston's College of Professional Studies.
Paul holds a Ph.D. in Management, with a minor in Organizational Psychology, from Rensellaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA and AB in Math from Boston College.
