WMMA is specifically design to guide a construction management team or a facility management in developing, implementing its diversity workforce compliance standards. It provides flexible auditing functionality. For example, diversity workforce assignment and certified payroll records are delivered with the ability to time and date stamp every transaction, and log any changes made to data, in real time. Perhaps most importantly, WMMA has an integrated approach to workforce management that gives managers confidence in processes and data. Increased data accuracy gives companies the tools needed to remain compliant.

The key element of WMMA is to improve the accuracy, audit ability and consistency of workforce management processes – diversity workforce compliance forecasting and scheduling, labor assignment and certified payroll tracking, and diversity workforce reporting. These processes have historically had little automation and few controls. WMMA functionality will also improve ‘afterward' workforce data reporting process, workforce monitoring, real time reporting and analysis for approved Construction Projects.

WMMA is designed for business users, so the key compliance stakeholders can monitor adherence to regulations without unnecessary reliance on IT. Compliance with workforce work rules, for example, requires advanced labor forecasting capabilities. This is particularly true for large, highly distributed workforces in the construction industry. WMMA is configured to account for workforce goals in the compliance process and real-time workflows alert stakeholders of impending violations to diversity workforce goals.

 

WMMA is designed to satisfy all of the diversity workforce (diversity workforce) compliance data collection/reporting requirements. This will provide for electronic submission, monitoring and reporting of payrolls and labor information as required by the organization's workforce compliance programs.
